🍀中興新村花卉小知識🍀
仙丹花別名紅繡球，亦稱買子木、賣子木。在村內光榮東路一街的街頭種植了白色仙丹花，巷尾可見紅色仙丹花的身影。

古籍描述仙丹花有續絶、安胎的療效，服用此藥可生育子息，如買子般，因此稱「買子木」。

有個關於仙丹花的小故事：相傳有一對母子，母親體弱多病，當兒子的上山求神仙賜藥，神仙受其孝心感動，給了仙丹花所結的果，孝子的母親服用後因而病癒，所以人們稱這花為「仙丹花」。

下次賞覽此花，應該會增添幾分仙氣的懷想吧👀
